Do you guarantee the return of my security deposit?
No cleaning company can control a landlord's full inspection or deposit decision. We clean the agreed areas thoroughly and can provide before-and-after photos when arranged.
Can you clean inside the oven and refrigerator?
Yes — both are included automatically in Move-Out/Move-In Cleaning, unlike our other services where they're add-ons.
Do you remove trash, furniture or construction debris?
No. The property should be cleared of personal items and bulky waste before we arrive. Post-construction dust requires the Post-Construction service.
Do I need to have water and electricity on?
Yes, both need to be active for our team to clean effectively.
