Built for Airbnb, Vrbo, and other short-term rentals where presentation, consistency, and check-in readiness are essential.

Guest-Ready Preparation

When included in the property agreement:

Bed preparation & towel placement
Restocking of owner-provided supplies
Toilet paper & paper towel replacement
Trash bag replacement
Placement of soaps & toiletries
Coffee or guest-supply setup
Light staging according to the property's instructions

Property Check

When included in the service agreement:

Visual check for obvious damage
Reporting of unusual property conditions or maintenance concerns
Reporting of missing or damaged items noticed during cleaning
Before-and-after photos when required
Confirmation that the property is ready for the next scheduled guest

Not included: this is a turnover service and does not automatically include Deep Cleaning on every visit. Periodic Deep Cleaning may be recommended separately to maintain the property over time.
