This is a final-detail cleaning service. Construction debris and building materials must already be removed before our team arrives — our job is to clear the fine dust that renovation work leaves behind on every surface, in every drawer, and in every corner. It's not a construction cleanup crew; it's the detailed final pass that makes a renovated space feel finished.
Is This The Right Fit?
When do you need this service?
Painting is finished
Contractors have finished their work
Flooring was just installed
Cabinets were just installed
Kitchen or bathroom was remodeled
Drywall was sanded
Fine dust is spread throughout the home
Before we arrive: the contractor must have removed all lumber, drywall pieces, boxes, materials, tools, and construction waste. Edna Cleaning Services does not remove construction debris.
What's Included
Fine dust removal, done thoroughly
This isn't just "cleaning more" — it's removing fine dust far more completely than a standard residential cleaning.

Floors get special attention: fine drywall dust can turn into a film if it's mopped too soon. We vacuum thoroughly, then mop — often with multiple passes and fresh water — to fully remove it.
Not Included
Construction debris, lumber & drywall pieces
Cement, bricks & heavy materials
Tools & leftover job-site items
Heavy paint or adhesive removal
Grout restoration
HVAC duct cleaning
Hazardous materials
We clean what the renovation left behind — we don't clean up the construction itself. Need appliances included, or an empty-home reset? See Move In/Out Cleaning.

No — the contractor needs to remove all construction debris and materials before we arrive. Our team focuses on the fine dust that's left behind.
Why does my floor need multiple mop passes?
Fine construction dust can turn into a hazy film if mopped too soon. Vacuuming thoroughly first, then mopping in multiple passes, fully removes it instead of just spreading it around.
Is this the same as Deep Cleaning?
No. Deep Cleaning is for occupied homes with everyday buildup. This service is specifically for fine dust after a renovation or build.
I just finished a full remodel and the home is empty — which service do I need?
If the home is also empty of furniture and you want cabinets, oven, and refrigerator included, Move In/Out Cleaning may be the better fit.
